Roman Niches

Roman remains could be admired such as Roman Niches in Piazza del Mercato Vecchio, where open-air markets took place from 1819. They are four niches whose size is 48x11. It is thought that it was a temple dedicated to Mars, but it is more likely to be a supporting wall.
